- 20 oz sweet lean Italian turkey sausage links, cooked and sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans of Italian-style tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 6 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, optional
- Fresh basil leaves to garnish, optional
