- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 (8 oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 3/4 cup gluten free chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 (4 oz) jar sliced pimientos, drained, optional
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
