- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 2-3 cloves garlic, slivered
- 2 zucchini, halved lengthwise and thickly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
