- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, tightly packed, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup freen onions, chopped fine
- 1/3 cup white wine/Chardonnay
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Parmesan Reggiano to taste, optional
