- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin or boneless pork chops, cut into bite-size strips
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced if desired
- 6 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
