- 1/2 cup gluten free chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger or 2 tsp grated gingerroot
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp canola oil, divided use
- 16 oz bag frozen Stir-Fry vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 12 oz boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced for stir-fry
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
