- 16 oz. Heartland Lasagna noodles
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 pkg pepperoni slices, cut slices in half
- 1 jar sliced black olives, drained
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
