Ingredients:12 oz Heartland Tigger Tails Pasta
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, whole
1/3 cup Romano cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onions, small diced
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 Tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 Jar (26-30 oz.) pasta sauce
Directions:
In a large bowl combine beef, egg, Romano cheese, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, pepper and garlic. Shape into 10 (1-1/2 inch) meatballs. Place meatballs on a baking sheet. Bake in oven 15 to 20 minutes or until well done. Meanwhile, cook Tigger Tails pasta according to package directions. Drain, cover and set aside. In a large skillet heat pasta sauce. Add meatballs and simmer until heated through. Top pasta with meatballs and sauce. Top with additional Romano cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
