Ingredients:14.5 oz. Heartland Perfect Balance Spaghetti 1/3 cup olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced, fresh 1 medium onion, chopped 2 bell peppers, chopped 1 Tbsp dried basil 6 cups spaghetti sauce 1/2 lb cooked turkey sausage, sliced 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, divided
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, cover and set aside.
Heat oil In a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, peppers, and basil; sauté 3 minutes. Add sauce and sausage; simmer 5 minutes. Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a 13"x9" baking dish. Layer half the Spaghetti, half of the remaining sauce mixture, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Repeat layering. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
