Spinach Rotini Salad

Prep Time:15 Min.
Cook Time:8 Min.
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:

13.25 oz. Heartland Whole Wheat Rotini
4 oz fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian dressing
3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
4 oz pepperoni, julienne
8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Rinse with cold water and drainCombine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Add pasta and mix well.

Instead of pepperoni, try ham or turkey pepperoni!
