Living a healthy lifestyle is about taking one step at a time. The key to that success is consistency and dedication; learning to balance physical activity and food choices. We encourage adults to incorporate at least 30 minutes a day/5 days per week of physical activity into their routine. For youth under 18, a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Heartland is challenging you to step away from the computer, turn off the TV, get off the couch and be active!
